REGISTER DEADLINES
- Participants (oral communications or posters) included in Proceedings: July 1st, 2009
- Participants (oral communications or posters) not included in Proceedings: September 9th, 2009
- Congress Listeners (not included in the Program): September 10th - November, 11th, 2009
Registration fees:
- Students: 100 € (Registration as a student requires the attachment of an official certificate from the University)
- Participants: 230 €
- Other (assistants): 180 €
When presentations are signed by more than one author, at least one of them must pay the full fee (230€). The other authors must choose one the following options:
- Payment of 180€ for Certificate of attendance without proceedings (provided attendance to the conference)
- Payment of 30€ for Certificate of participation only
- Payment of 230€ for Certificate of attendance, presentation and proceedings:
Registration fees include:
- All plenary sessions and forums
- Conference kit, certificate of attendance and proceedings
- Coffee breaks
- A visit to the Palacio Real
