Full text publication rules

The full text publication for oral presentations and posters will follow the next rules:
Maximum number of words: 4000, abstract included
General rules:
Papers should be:
1) Word 97 format
2) Times New Roman font 12, except title (14)
3) Single spaced, except body text, 1.5 spaced
A) Title:
Right aligned; bold, Times New Roman 14
B) Authors:
Right aligned, Times New Roman 12
C) Affiliation
Right aligned under author's name
D) Abstract:
Maximum 300 words, single spaced, Times New Roman 12
E) Key words:
After the abstract; maximum 5 key words
F) Body text:
It should begin two lines under the key words. The body text may be divided into paragraphs
which should be indicated in bold letters, Times New Roman 12, 1.5 spaced.
G) Footnotes:
Footnotes will be placed at the end of the document.
H) References within the text:
If the text is written by one or two authors, only the surname of both and the year will be mentioned:
(Garayzábal and Marrero, 2009)
In case the text is written by more than two authors, only the first will be mentioned and the year of publication:
(Garayzábal, 2006)
I) References:
They should begin one line under the body text; single spaced, hanging indentation
